E4Print the Internet trading option

We believe our internet trading facility to be the most sophisticated and user friendly option for the sourcing, pricing and monitoring of printed forms available today. The system is ‘real time’ and communicates directly with our internal management system enabling interrogation of every aspect of your forms requirements both stock and ad-hoc.  The following lists just some of the benefits and facilities available to our online customers.

  • Search and place orders by description or your own product codes.
  • Multiple items and delivery addresses for all forms
  • On-line real time progress chasing of orders.
  • Immediate confirmation of stock availability and delivery
  • Reporting options of purchases by any criteria
  • On-Line pricing for ad hoc products
  • On line PDF proofing
  • Pictures of products if required
  • Archive history of deliveries including despatch information
  • On-line reporting of usage and forecasting
  • Real time update of available and reserved stock

As the orders are placed online the picking list is automatically generated and Is therefore an exact record of the information inputted by the customer? This has helped to ensure picking errors are significantly below 1%.

Online PDF proofing, with the ability to annotate changes, is also available within E4Print reducing delivery times by eliminating postage of proofs.

In addition to online proofing E4Print also provides an electronic design system enabling standard forms to have variable data input and submitted for printing. Business cards are an excellent example of the use of this technology, the requisitioner simply logs on, inputs the variable data and submits, this is transmitted  directly to our design department for plate making etc.

If you wish to evaluate the system please contact us and we will provide passworded access to our training account

We recognise that our operations have the potential to affect the environment. Harlow Printing meets all legal and regulatory requirements. Indeed, we regard it as critically important that we continuously improve all aspects of our environmental performance. Therefore we ensure that while satisfying the demanding requirements of our clients, our goods, services and internal housekeeping comply with environmental legislation and best practice.

In partnership with County Durham Environmental Trust (CDENT) and Groundwork South Tyneside and Newcastle we have designed and developed a wildlife garden at our new warehouse and distribution centre. The garden is a biodiversity project providing a natural habitat for endangered flora and fauna. Local schools have been involved in the planting of many hundreds of shrubs and trees over the last several months. The garden is now available as a curriculum resource for local schools providing opportunities for the practical application and appreciation of habitat, environment and indigenous species. We have been the recipient of many awards for environmental good practice including:

Evening Chronicle Environmental business of the year award
STEP awards for environmental good practice
South Tyneside Borough Council Gold award for environmental good practice
